These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Grociko website and mobile application and the purchase of products from Grociko, operated by Magnus Innovations Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General Use

  • Grociko may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
  • Users must ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
  • Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Grociko may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.
  • Where payment has been taken, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorised providers, including Stripe.
  • Grociko does not store full payment card details.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and Click & Collect services are subject to availability.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Grociko is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.

6. Age-Restricted Products

  • Alcohol and tobacco are sold in compliance with UK law.
  • Valid photo ID may be required at delivery or collection.
  • Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of delivery without refund for restricted items.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch or preparation.
  • Perishable goods, alcohol, tobacco, and opened items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • Grociko is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unavailable recipients.
  • Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Promotions & Offers

  • Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Grociko is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
  • Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

11. Force Majeure

Grociko is not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control.


12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are the property of Grociko or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


15. Account Deletion


You can delete your account and data from my account section on the app login.
